A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Tessa, the heart and hands behind this fun little corner of the internet. My journey into the world of quilting began when I was just 10 years old, sewing alongside my beloved nana, whom I affectionately called Bunny. Bunny's love for sewing and her patience in teaching me the art of quilting made our time together incredibly special. I still remember the joy and satisfaction of those early sewing sessions.

At 15, I discovered my very first quilt pattern, "Funky Blocks." With Bunny's guidance, I chose bright, bold fabrics and embarked on creating a quilt that taught me essential quilting skills—from mastering 1/4" seams to perfecting block placement. This quilt, a testament to my early efforts, proudly adorns my spare bed today.
